Felony Charges Against Offset Dropped

Blog's broke the story, a felony arrest warrant was issued for rapper Offset after Gibbons filed a police report over an incident inside a Target store in Georgia.

According to police in Sandy Springs, Georgia, the case has been closed by the Fulton County District Attorney's Office.
Video shot by Gibbons, on his phone, shows Offset smacking Gibbons phone right out of his hand -- and Gibbons claimed the screen shattered when the phone crashed to the ground.
