$50 Lease agreements
1. You may sell up to 2,500 copies. (Mixtape, Albums, iTunes, Radio, etc...).
2. Your purchased beat will be a 1 tag at the beginning of mp3 sent via email within 24 hours of purchase.
3. You do not own the beat, DJ BLINGG still holds full copyrights.
4. Credit must be given to DJ BLINGG (E.g. Song Title Prod. by DJ BLINGG).
$75 Premium Lease agreements
1. You may sell up to 50,000 copies. (Mixtape, Albums, iTunes, Radio, etc...).
2. Your purchased beat will be a 1 tag at the beginning of mp3/.Wav sent via email within 24 hours of purchase.
3. You do not own the beat, DJ BLINGG still holds full copyrights.
4..File formats Can be sent via email..or .flp file (Mailed upon request).
5. Credit must be given to DJ BLINGG_BEATZ (E.g. Song Title Prod. by DJ BLINGG).
$150 Exclusive agreements
1. You may sell up to unlimited copies. (Mixtape, Albums, iTunes, Radio, etc...). 2. Your purchased beat will be a 1 tag at beginning of mp3/.Wav sent via email within 24 hours of purchase.
3. .Wav track outs Can be sent via email..or .flp file (Mailed upon request).
4. You will hold full 100% copyrights. Credit must still be given to DJ BLINGG (E.g. Song Title Prod. by DJ BLINGG).
5. Song must also be registered through (ASCAP or BMI) with "DJ BLINGG" as the producer of the project. ** This license, Leasing or buying Exclusive Rights is for the sale of the "BEAT", not the "SAMPLE". It is up to the buyer to clear any samples used in the beat*
