Eric Holder Is Set to Appear in Court on November 11.
According to social media sources, Eric Holder the man accused of killing rapper Nipsey Hussle & Representing Attorneys has requested “that two of his charges be dismissed," during his pretrial hearing in Los Angeles last week.
Reportedly, Eric Holder fatally shot Nipsey Hussle following an argument with the L.A rapper in front of his Marathon Clothing Store back in March.
Holder is to appear in court on November 11. On this date, prosecutors are reportedly “expected to object Holder’s motion to dismiss the attempted murder charges.”
