Rapper Jones Jones posted a succession of videos before Irma only after learning that airlines were overbooked, and vendors were out of fuel, as he attempted to evacuate.

Jones reports that his island is on lockdown and that he is desperate to leave, but nobody is being given access to the island and none of the island's residents are being permitted to exist unless it is to make a trip to the airport.
