Rumors has it music blog mogul & todays podcast rap star DJ Blingg miraculously has boatloads of studio projects all and which are entitled Chicken Talk along with a few other EP's have gamers blog news reporting that his CT.3 album could be in the sound card to Rockstars Games all-new Grand Theft Auto 6.
In Reality, Rockstar has Already said Don't Expect to Hear Anything at all in 2019 about GTA 6.

But in the meantime, comments from Rockstar Games along with BlastFM Blog & Radio may have shed some light on why fans are still waiting for a official GTA 6 release date announcement.
Long story short: if Rockstar had confirmed GTA 6 the day after Red Dead Redemption 2 came out (October 26, 2018 - put it in your diary), then based on historical delays between console GTA announcements and release, we’d be waiting around 22 months – so August 2020.
