Friday' and 'House Party' actor Anthony 'A.J.' Johnson dies at 55
It is with our deepest condolences that the passing of veteran comedian of films 'Friday' & 'I Got The Hook Up', AJ Johnson has passed. Comedian and actor who appeared in films such as "Friday" and "House Party," has died, his representative said. He was 55. No cause of death or other information regarding his passing has been announced.
His most memorable role was in the Ice Cube and Chris Tucker comedy "Friday" from 1995 as the character Ezel.

"Sad to wake up to the news about AJ Johnson passing away. Naturally funny dude who was straight outta Compton at the same time," Ice Cube wrote on Twitter.
